Hi, I’m Sean O’Donnell. I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate throughout San Diego County for more than 30 years and have had the pleasure of assisting more than 400 families with their real estate needs, including more than 100 active-duty military and veteran families.
 

I specialize in listing and marketing residential properties. When I represent a seller, my job is simple: protect their equity and help them walk away with the most money possible. That starts with getting the pricing right, presenting the home at its absolute best, creating strong buyer demand, and negotiating every detail of the transaction with my seller’s bottom line in mind.
 

After hundreds of successful sales, I bring more than just experience to each transaction. I believe my clients deserve personal attention, straightforward advice, and an experienced Realtor who understands that selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions they will make.
 

I also enjoy helping active-duty military members and veterans navigate the home-buying process using their VA benefits. I earned my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation in 2013 and have worked with military and veteran clients throughout San Diego for many years.
